Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel your order, visit your account and go to the orders section. If cancellation is available, you will see an option to cancel the order.

2. Vendor Cancellations

  • In rare cases, a vendor may cancel your order due to inventory issues or errors. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Fees and Charges

  • No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipment, you may need to follow the return process.
