Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Note: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Personalized or custom-made items

Digital products or software downloads

Health and hygiene products (e.g., earrings, cosmetics, or undergarments) once unsealed

 

2. Initiating a Refund Request

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if it’s approved and provide instructions on how to return your item. We may require photographic evidence of the product’s condition.

Shipping Your Return: Carefully package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. TradeGate Store is not liable for returns lost in transit.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please Note:

Partial Refunds: Some items may qualify for partial refunds if they are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or are returned after the initial return window but within a reasonable period.

Restocking Fees: Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This will be communicated to you during the refund process.

4. Refunds for Late or Missing Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

6. Special Circumstances

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are only eligible for refunds based on the sale price paid and not the original price.

Gift Items: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and then place a new order.
